The Housing Authority of the City of Brownsville (HACB) is here to help families with low incomes, seniors, and people with disabilities find safe and affordable housing. Through the Housing Choice Voucher Program (also known as Section 8), eligible participants can get help paying for a home in the private rental market. With this program,
